Breath is Constant

Your breath is the pathway back to your center. This soft, gentle slide within. How wonderful. 

Your breath is your anchor. An anchor to your body and to this present moment. Developing a relationship with your breath is the key to reaping its benefits. 

Connect to the air entering and leaving your nostrils, feel your stomach rise and fall, really notice what's happening in your body. Sink into the bliss that this brings. Where there is breath, you are safe. Where there is breath, you are alive and what a gift that is.

Breath is constant.

She never leaves you.

She is always there in the background,

quietly doing her thing.


Breath is life.

The force that keeps you alive.

Without breath there is no you. 


Breath is returning.

returning home, to you.

To your body, your heart, your center.

A soft, gentle slide within.


I think she goes unnoticed far too often.

She is taken for granted.

My advise would be to get to know her.

Spent some time listening to her.

It's likely you'll hit it off.

She might just be the companion you've been searching for all along.
