I Am One (poem)

I am one with life.

I do not breathe.

I am breathed.

I rise and fall like the sun.

I eb and flow like the water.

I grow and shed like the trees.

I am light and free like the air.

I move and feel through this existence.

By remembering this, I can surrender.

For I am not separate,

I am not alone,

I do not roll the dice. 

My job is to watch, 

witness everything unfold and take part is this miracle we call life.
