Layer by layer (Poem)

Little me is in my heart
She's safe tucked up there
Big me holds her close
as they dissolve each layer

Each layer of conditioning
they watch the judgement, shame and fear
fall away.
little by little, getting out of their own way

They hold each other tightly
Their energy merging into one
tears of relief
tickle down their touching cheeks
their love emanates rings around their bodies

'you did it' 'I love you'
'you saved me' 'Thank you'.
