Love and Acceptance

Love with conditions is not pure love. Love with conditions comes from a place of lack. Unconditional love is abundant. Unconditional love comes from within. Unconditional love goes hand and hand with acceptance. Accepting yourself completely. Accepting all the parts of you brings you to love.

Unfortunately, we have not been brought up in a time that does not foster this teaching and knowing. In acceptance of ourselves and of what is, peace arises. When you can accept something fully, space arises. A space of opportunity, an opportunity to connect to love. Choosing to accept something is also to love it I feel. To love and accept something is to allow it to be. When we allow things to be, we let go and they flow. When we allow things to be, there is no disappointment because we had no expectation for it. This is the premise of unconditional love. There is no attachment because it is abundant. Unconditional love is always available to us. It is within us and around us all the time.

There is a trust that comes with acceptance, allowing things to be as they are can be difficult if all you've known is conditional love. Trust comes with we surrender into this knowing of love. It is such a paradox because when we surrender we think we lose control when really, we gain so much. There is nothing to be lost in surrendering. When we think of surrender, it can seem like a sort of giving up. Perhaps is a giving over. A giving over to something greater.

Whilst I am writing, I am realizing how faith has a large part to play when it comes to unconditional love. Perhaps in order to love in this way we need to believe there is something more. However, I also think unconditional love begins with yourself so maybe you don't need a belief is a higher power, Meeting yourself with acceptance is the seed of unconditional love. Looking at yourself through the eyes of your heart is totally different. Unconditional love is not something our minds can comprehend. Think about how you experience love. It's a feeling. It's indescribable with words really. A warmth, expansive energy.

Love is our natural state of being. We are created and born through love. It is human nature to love another. Love is so powerful when we tune into it from a place of genuine intent and knowing. Self love is not selfish, it is necessary. If you don't love yourself, you do not get to experience true love! I want everyone to experience true love. How wonderful is it that we can tune into it through our own heart. I have had snippets of complete self love and acceptance over the past few years but the most poignant times have been whilst doing breathwork. Breathwork has opened me up more than ever before. The breath connects you to your energy, to your heart leading you to a beautiful blissful place.

The love many of us know is conditional. We can break this chain my truly loving ourselves and returning to this deep knowing within us. Humans are perfectly imperfect. We make mistakes, that is okay. What 's not okay is berating yourself. When have you ever gotten anywhere doing that? We all deserve love regardless. Like I've said previously true love is unconditional. True love is present even when you make mistakes. The tenderness of unconditional love allows you to see your problems and your potential. Why not allow yourself to be, to be as you are? Will you try it for me? even just for this moment, see how it might feel. Lean into this new way of being.

Dwell in a world of love and acceptance. Welcome and embrace change within yourself. Welcome the unconditional love that resides within you.
